i have never had a hair cut. and im 13 yrs old. and my hair is really short and i realize now that i need a hair cut and i guess my mom failed to tell me that or to take me to the barber shop. is it really that serious? i have heard of people who have never had hair cuts and their hair are to their butts. my hair is already short, and it will be even shorter if i cut it should i cut it? if your african american, can you tell me how many times you have cut your hair a year? and what has it done for you.
