i want to try this dr. miracles hair growth shampoo but when i went to buy it the employee warned me that it was meant or african american hair. Does it make a difference?

African American hair is courser then most peoples hair so their are some differences. I wore my hair in an Afro when I was in High school and many years after that I used afrosheen on it with no problems.... :)
