i have dark brown/black colored hair. i want honey brown hair, all over. what is the best way to get this color without damaging my hair? and i wanted to get weave after my color, how can i make sure that my weave will match my color. should i dye my eyebrows too? (african american hair.)

If your hair is relaxed, please go to a stylist who specialize in color. That is a serious undertaking if you do it yourself and plus it has the potental for damaging your hair.
Also it is a not a bad to lighten your eyebrows. Again go with a pro.

Go to a stylist who deals w/ your type of hair. Color can always be fixed. You want to strip it then put what color you want on it. Then match your weave to that. And depending on your skin tone, hopefully the stylist you go to is good at it can tell you whether you need your brows colored or not. African american hair is a touchy, delicate matter so go to someone who knows what they are doing. Also it sounds like after you get what you want and like it, it will be alot of mainteince
