Ok........so we're not supposed to wash our hair everyday right?

What about conditioning the hair? Can I rinse my hair everyday and condition it, without it drying out???

(I want to start weting my hair everyday so I can put coconut oil in it)

We are suppose to wash our hair every 10-12 days because shampoos strip our hair of it's natural oils.. You can wet it and then condition it, but not everyday.

I use baby oil in my hair.Even when I wash it it still keeps most of the oil.Also other people look at it and screw up their nose , then move to another seat on the buss.I have considered using matches or a lighter,but I am waiting for the appropriate moment.

To be honest I'm not a stylist and what i'm about to tell you is just my opinion but I really don't see any harm in wetting each day to oil it. But like my mom tells me to much of a good thing can harm it at the same time. I wouldn't do it everyday maybe pick a day out of week and just go for it. Say you oil it on tuesday and then you wash saturday morning and also use the coconut oil...by wednesday if your hair is like mine you are going to need to oil it again. Hoped I helped!!!!

no there is nothing wrong with it at all...the best moisturizer for hair is water (as long as it isn't hard water). i wet my hair everyday and it is great

I know plenty of people that co-wash daily. Their hair is pretty soft and healthy. For a while i co-washed daily but stopped because it took up too much time while i did it my hair was well moisturized
