I want something that is good an healthy for my hair its pretty long but i want it to be longer and healthy

It works okay, and wouldn't hurt.

For good healthy hair, remember to use a good leave in conditioner. (Parnevu for extra dry hair works wonders)

A lot of African American women also use hair cholesterol or carrot oil for their hair. It works wonders as well.

Oh its fine, I 've used it before. But you would be better off asking whom evers doing your hair, if they an work with it or not. There are soem that will tellyou its stringy, or otherwise.
