hi i am a 13 year old male african american my hair is kinda nappy. what is the best hair oil or cream. is there any creams or oils that make your hair appear straighter my hair is 1 inch long please help me. thanks

Hello, you might want to try a texturizer; they work wonders. Why do you want to have straight hair though? Is it the media, the kids at your school, what? This is the problem with ALL ethnicity's; they want to be the "American beauty" and not there own beauty. You are African American, you were born with nappy hair, it is OKAY. You are a 13yr. old male, who wants to have white people's hair,it is not going to happen. I am Haitian and Panamanian, I have curly hair that I get chemically straightened but I don't forget what kind of hair I have and I have learned to accept it, I know that I will never have white people's hair, nor is it my goal and it shouldn't be yours either.
