Cute ideas for African American Hair?

I have a foster child who is almost 2 and African American. Her hair just gets so tangled! I need some cute styles I could do that are easy and keep her hair from tangling as much! I am white so this is my first time dealing with hair this curly! Any advice would be SO helpful! Thanks!

Just praise the lord that u dont have that type of hair. Now u know what i have to go through.

If i were u i would cut it short and leave her with a little afro, tie a cute head band around it.

You could also braid it if u know how to do that.

Or twist it.

I like motions weightless moisturizer. Spray water/leave in conditioner to soften when necessary.

Wash once every 2 weeks.

ONCE EVERY TWO WEEKS!!!!

I see some ppl here talking about washing hair 2wice a week, u cannot be serious...

Put some pink oil moisturizer on it and don't wash it everyday...more like twice a week...keep it braided or in ponytails

Cute ponytails would be pretty. Or a hair salon would be able to come up wit a very cute hairstyle. But, ponytails are very cute. Or, try braiding it. That will last longer.
